The terms of use for the services and products of donkid.com. Please read these terms carefully.
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the services offered on the website donkid.com and the purchase of products. The subject matter of the contract is information, advice, and the sale of products for children and families, intended to support everyday life and promote development.
The presentation of products on the website constitutes merely a non-binding invitation to submit an offer.
The Provider undertakes to provide the offered services with the due care required in the trade and to deliver the contractually agreed products.
The User undertakes to provide truthful information and not to use the services for unlawful purposes. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of their order data.
The liability of the Provider is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and only for the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded. This liability limitation does not apply in the event of injury to life, body, or health.
The exact payment terms are specified in the respective offer or during the ordering process. Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Information on the right of withdrawal is provided separately.
For subscription services, the user can cancel the subscription at the end of the agreed contract term. A claim for a refund of amounts already paid for unused periods only exists in the legally provided cases.
The Provider may block or terminate the use of the services with immediate effect if the User violates these GTC, particularly in the case of abusive use or dissemination of incorrect claims about the products.
The User can delete their registration at any time, provided there are no outstanding financial obligations.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC with effect for the future. The amended terms will be communicated to the User by email or by publication on the website. Unless the User objects to the changes in writing within four weeks of notification, they are deemed approved. The Provider will specifically point out this legal consequence in the notification.
